Your information rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time via the contact form, labeled as "Kontaktformular".
- Information about your data stored by me and their processing (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion of your data stored by me (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of data processing if I am not yet
- allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Objection to the processing of your data by me (Art. 21 GDPR) and
- Data portability, provided you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with me (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you have given me your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
You can contact a supervisory authority with a complaint at any time, e.g. B. to the competent supervisory authority of the federal state of your place of residence or to the authority responsible for me as the responsible body.

Type and purpose of processing:
The CDN provider stores your hashed IP address for 24 hours at the provider, even if the cookie itself is valid for 30 days. You will not be able to identify other websites using the cookie.
In no case will the data I have collected be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.
Storage duration and cookies used:
The __cfduid cookie is set by the cloud provider to identify customers behind a shared Ip.
The PhpSessId cookie is set to uniquely identify individual user sessions, but not personal data.
Type and use of logs:The web server does not save any logs.
The CDN provider saves the visitor log for 4 hours and saves your IP, date and time, the url accessed, the referrer, the browser version and the HTTP method.
Failed access attempts and attacks on the web server are stored for 10 years.
Type and purpose of processing
The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. To do this, you must provide a valid email address and your name. This is used to assign the request and then answer it. The specification of further data is optional.
The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
By providing the contact form, I would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions.
If you contact me to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
